We take regular weekly trips to local parks, playgrounds in and around Belper.
We hold joint Christmas parties and trips to see Santa and the decorations.
We currently hire our local Scout hut along with other childminders to allow the children to play and learn together in a large group.

Kay Mebourne
My Name is Kay Melbourne and I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder in Belper since June 2007. My family and myself have full DBS checks. At my last inspection I was graded Good.
We live in a quiet cul-de-sac and I have a seperate playroom which has a good selection of toys available for all ages and both genders.
In my enclosed garden I have a large playhouse, slide, bikes and various other outdoor toys for all ages. At the rear of my house there is a large field which I regularly use to play on, have picnics, sports days etc.
I regularly meet up with the other childminders, where we attend local groups, parks and we also hire out the local community centre where we engage in fun activities.
I am registered for funded sessions for 2, 3 and 4 years olds.
I drop off and pick up before and after school care from St Johns School Belper.
I aim to provide a stimulating, challenging environment which is safe, clean, caring and where children feel secure and happy.
